📊 The Bonzo Finance "Scoreboard"

Hey, Bonzo community! 🌟

We have some exciting updates and news to share with you this week! Our journey continues with development in the Bonzo Finance protocol, industry news, and more. Let's dive into the latest happenings.

Bonzo Finance Updates

Data Analytics Page
A core goal for Bonzo Finance is to become an economically sustainable protocol that's owned and governed by the community. A new analytics "scoreboard" page is being developed that offers insights into the most important key health metrics, including: TVL, utilization (borrowing) rates, stablecoin liquidity and utilization, protocol fees generated by users, and protocol revenue.

Security Audits with Halborn
Bonzo Finance smart contracts are currently in a code freeze with audits being performed by Halborn to ensure a robust and secure user experience. Once these audits are completed, the protocol will be ready for launch in Q3 2024.

HCS-20 Points
Inspired by Kamino and Marginfi on the Solana network, Bonzo Finance is creating a points system based on the HCS-20 auditable points standard on Hedera. Development has commenced, and this functionality is set to be made available on day 1. Points convert to airdrops of $BONZO at the end of each six-month season.

Singularity Bonzo Airdrop
The Singularity Bonzo NFT airdrop has been successfully completed — if you qualified by holding full sets of Bonzo NFTs (Desert, Ocean, and Space), you should now also have the Singularity NFT. Be sure to check your wallets!

Bonzo NFTs on Secondary Markets
Desert, Ocean, Space, and Singularity Bonzos are now available to buy and sell on SentX and Kabila Marketplaces.

Weekly Hedera News

Chainlink Integration
Based on Chainlink's GitHub activity, both oracles & CCIP integration appear to be coming online in the near future — the Chainlink team is actively working on the GitHub pull request "Ship Hedera".

Axelar Bridge Integration
Announced earlier this year by HBAR Foundation, Hedera has joined the "Interchain Amplifier Pilot Program" that enables any chain to integrate with Axelar cross-chain messaging, offering support for bridging liquidity to and from Hedera and other supported networks. We anticipate this integration coming online before the end of this year. Learn more via this blog post from Axelar.
