Welcome to this week’s Bonzo Bytes, your weekly recap of what’s new at Bonzo Finance, plus highlights from the Hedera ecosystem and beyond.

🛑 HBAR & USDC Liquidity Incentives Ended
Bonzo Finance has officially closed out its long-running $HBAR/$USDC liquidity incentives program, having distributed nearly 2.8 million HBAR in rewards.
Why now? The team proactively ended the program to avoid overcommitting rewards beyond available funding.
💡 What's still active:
• Bonzo Points (Season 2 ends May 31, 2025)
Supply and borrow assets to earn Bonzo Points, used to inform claimable $BONZO at the end of each season.
• USDC & HBAR Native APYs
Check the Bonzo Finance Dashboard to see the current APYs.
• Liquidity incentives are still ongoing for $BONZO, $KARATE, $DOVU, $GRELF, and $KBL.

🚰 Bonzo Faucet: NFT Holder Access Live
The Bonzo Faucet is live in Discord! Eligible NFT holders can claim 1 $BONZO/day, with multipliers based on the Bonzo NFTs in their wallet.
The faucet uses the same multiplier system as Bonzo Points:
Desert = 1.1x
Ocean = 1.2x
Space = 1.3x
Singularity = 1.5x
Cybernetic = 1.05x (Stackable with any First Edition Bonzo NFT, up to 2.0x)
A public Bonzo Faucet is planned in the future... But for now, the faucet is exclusive to NFT holders.

See your recent supply, borrow, repay & withdraw activity - all from one page.

Bonzo Finance’s new transaction history feature gives connected wallets a view of supply, withdraw, borrow, and repay actions.
🛠️ This is the beta version, so failed transactions and anything related to rewards or incentives won’t appear yet. The transaction history may not be fully complete, but it should go back a few months. The dev team will continue refining, and feedback is always welcome.
Click/tap on your account ID in the top right corner of the Bonzo Finance Dashboard > Transaction History
🍌 Bonus Pre-Season Airdrop
What happened to the unclaimed $BONZO from the Pre-Season Points campaign?? 👀
Bonzo Finance used it to reward early supporters!
→ All 748 users who claimed during the Pre-Season just received 500 $BONZO each
→ The rest of the unclaimed tokens are being added to the Season— Bonzo Finance Labs (@bonzo_finance)

The report highlights Bonzo Finance’s role in advancing stablecoin adoption on @hedera through native USDC lending and borrowing.

The newly launched AI Studio includes ElizaOS, LangChain support, and secure messaging tools, providing builders with everything needed to create auditable, on-chain AI agents.

⚜️ A New Era for Hedera: Foundation & Council Rebrand
The HBAR Foundation is now the Hedera Foundation, and the Hedera Governing Council has become the Hedera Council — signaling a major ecosystem alignment.
The Hedera Foundation, led by Charles Adkins, will double down on retail innovation, DeFi accessibility, and tokenization initiatives.
The Hedera Council, now helmed by President Tom Sylvester and incoming Chair Mance Harmon, will focus on network security, enterprise adoption, and governance transparency.

💳 Mastercard Pushes Stablecoin Payments Mainstream
Mastercard is integrating stablecoin payments into its global network, enabling users to spend USDC and other stablecoins like cash, even using wallets like MetaMask or OKX.
Recent moves:
Partnership with MoonPay for seamless stablecoin transactions
USDC and Paxos support for merchant settlements
On-chain ID tools for remittance and cross-border usability
